Welcome to AppBrowzer, the revolutionary app through which the user can instantly access innumerable Express mobile applications without having to download them. By installing AppBrowzer or accessing its plugins or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by our ‘Terms of service’. You also have consented to the collection and use of information as set by our Privacy Policy , irrespective of the fact that you are a registered user of the AppBrowzer services. The ‘terms of service’ applies to all who access the AppBrowzer app, products and services.

- ‘You’ refers to all those who create an account with us and use our services. It also refers to people/enterprises who may access our services using their account or even accessing AppBrowzer content if not registered with us.
Definitions and Interpretations
- AppBrowzer provides its users a one stop app to browse all mobile apps. Developers, businesses, users can build these browsable apps using our app builder platform and plug-ins by signing up to our website appbrowzer.com. While browsing various apps, accessing Appbrowzer related products or using our services to create apps, you shall be bound by the ‘Terms of Services’ as specified herein.
- You affirm to be above 18 years of age or the majority age in the jurisdiction from where you are accessing the service. You must be capable and competent to enter into a valid commercial contract.
- To access our service, you need to create an account with us. Creation of the account signifies that you have agreed to specified terms and Privacy Policy.
- Misuse of our services is strictly prohibited. For instance, you are forbidden to interfere with our services or accessing them with methods other than the interface and instructions provided by us. Usage of our services is limited to that permitted by law. We may suspend our services instantly and without any prior notice if we detect non-compliance of our terms and policies or any misconduct.

General use of Services
- You may be required to register an AppBrowzer account to access the full range of our services. By registering with us, you agree to the following terms:-
- You are 18 years or above or of legal age in the jurisdiction from where you are accessing our services.
- During the registration process, we would be asking you certain personal information like name, email address, mobile no. etc. You must provide complete and accurate details and update them anytime a change occurs there.
- You need to specify your willingness to be contacted via email, SMS, push notifications etc for updates and notifications regarding our services, updates and of third party services via us. You have the right to opt out of it.
- All information furnished by you will be according to the ‘Privacy Policy’ of AppBrowzer. We assure you that all the information furnished will only be used in providing services to you and will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
- You need to create your own password for the account and it would be your responsibility to keep it secure. We are not responsible for any breach or damage to the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all your activities through the app. Our automated systems may analyze the content and activities like customized search or malware detection.
- You are not allowed to transmit any virus/worms or codes of destructive nature.
- Breach of any terms if determined in the sole discretion of AppBrowzer may result in an immediate termination of your services and/or legal discourse.
- Any feedback or suggestions submitted by you may be used by us with no obligation to you.
- While browsing apps, you may be taken to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content displayed and your action on those sites. You must adhere to the terms and conditions of the third party site.
Term for creating and using an account
- Creating an account with us is mandatory for you to create any app using our service.
- You are solely responsible and liable for any support, distribution or functioning of the app.
- You may distribute the app or submit updates, provided it lies within the agreement realm.
- The license of the developed app lies with us and we have the right to change or terminate it if it violates our terms of service.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused by your app under any circumstances.
License of the developed apps
- The AppBrowzer app and all content accessed by you through our service are protected and governed by Indian trademark, copyright and other laws.
- AppBrowzer and its processors and licensors have exclusive rights to all kinds of content as intellectual property and proprietary rights. You have no right to any content accessed through us.
- All intellectual property rights of the service remain the property of AppBrowzer. Any right not explicitly granted to you under these terms and conditions are the reserved and retained rights of the AppBrowzer.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Binding Agreement: To participate in the AppBrowzer Rewards, you must agree to the offer terms and conditions. You agree that your participation in the offer constitutes your understanding of and agreement to the offer terms and conditions. The offer terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and AppBrowzer with respect to the offers, and any defined terms used herein have the meaning set forth in the AppBrowzer Terms & Conditions. AppBrowzer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any User who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transactions/activities. AppBrowzer also reserves the right to discontinue or change any offer or the Rewards programme at any time, at its sole discretion.
- By agreeing to use AppBrowzer, a user of AppBrowzer services agrees to the below terms and conditions:
- AppBrowzer reserves the right to provide rewards to its users as per internal policies as decided by AppBrowzer from time to time.
- For cashback rewards, all of AppBrowzer’ terms and conditions are applicable to cashback and rewards will continue to apply
- AppBrowzer reserves the right to pull back rewards from a user's account (pre or post redemption) in case of suspicious or fraudulent activities as detected by AppBrowzer from time to time without any notice/intimation.
- Scratch cards standing unclaimed will be forfeited post 1 year of granting of the scratch card to the user. The reward is not guaranteed in any manner whatsoever.
- If you win a reward, the reward amount shall be credited to your AppBrowzer Wallet.
- AppBrowzer may use your personal information for promotional purposes without additional consent from or compensation to you.
- This offer is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu (owing to the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and other states wherever prohibited by law.
- Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
AppBrowzer Rewards program
AppBrowzer has various offers and incentives that run on a daily basis and from time to time to users who can redeem it as they see fit.- You explicitly understand and agree that AppBrowzer, its Directors, partners, employees and all those associated with it will not be liable to you under any circumstances for any direct, incidental, special, consequential, indirect or exemplary damage inflicted on you under any theory of liability. This extends to and beyond the monetary loss and damage of data, goodwill or any imaginable intangible loss arising out of the inability to use our service. We and our entire crew would not be liable for loss of any kind arising due to
- Adherence or breach of our services or Terms of Service
- Any matters contaminated by bugs, virus etc, regardless of the source of contamination.
- Any loss of data or any hardware/software damage caused to your mobile phone due to the service.
- Any attorney fees or claims of demand made by any third party on you as a consequence of your breach of the terms of service or violation of any law or rights of the third party.
- Any risk arising out of using our service lies with the user. We offer no warranty or condition whether implied or statutory.
- We do not warrant an error-free, timely, uninterrupted and secure service.
- We do not guarantee that the results obtained from our service will be authentic or reliable.
Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify AppBrowzer and all its associates and processors (directors, agents, representatives etc.) from all costs, losses, liabilities or any perceivable claims or demands made on you owning to
- Alleged breach of any nature as stipulated by this agreement.
- Your unethical use of our services.
- Any transaction submitted by you through our services.
- Violation of any third party rights including privacy rights, intellectual property rights, publicity rights or any other rights.
- Your violation to any law or regulation of any country or residence
- Any third party use and access of our service through your account.
